Stalking is a serious crime, and the sooner you report it, the sooner the police can intervene to keep you safe.
To report an incident of stalking that has occurred within Scotland, you can access Police Scotland’s online Stalking Reporting Form here:
You may be asked for a victim impact statement, so also note how the stalking has affected you, your concerns, and your fears.
To help them investigate, provide as much information as possible. What may seem like ordinary actions could show a stalker’s course of conduct, so it’s important to keep a log of all incidents, noting the date, time, place, and details.
